Author's note

Crash Numbering Gothic by Philip Krayna of Psy/Ops SF is a free mechanical numeral font modeled on serial stamps. Its upright sans serif figures use even strokes, compact proportions, and blunt, practical shapes. The overall effect is plainly utilitarian.

Mechanical records and serialized paperwork are its natural territory, making the font apt for tickets, claim checks, and invoices with a machine-stamped look. The same industrial directness fits gift certificates and period prop documents, particularly designs built around old office forms, workshop tags, inventory records, and the printed ephemera of everyday administration.
