CrimewaveBB by Nate Piekos of Blambot.com is a free cartoon display font with broad, heavy letters and an unruly hand-drawn outline. Its rounded shapes are blunt rather than soft. Small shifts in stroke width and uneven edges give the lettering the rough punch of an inked comic title.

Its comic-book style suits action-comedy posters, game graphics, and merchandise built around rowdy illustrated characters. The same oversized, lopsided forms could turn children's entertainment packaging into part of the artwork, especially for stories about slapstick trouble or mischievous monsters.
