Author's note

Cross by Benoit Sjoholm is a free techno display font built from repeated diagonal lattice marks. Each letter takes shape as an open framework, with squared corners and stepped curves that recall low-resolution screen graphics and early computer plotting. The repeated crossings give it a woven surface.

Game interfaces benefit from its modular, circuit-like structure, and the same pattern suits electronic music posters and science-fiction book covers with a deliberately mechanical edge. For technology branding or arcade merchandise, the crossed-line texture can become a recognizable product motif rather than simply a label.
