CRU-Jariya, designed by Prachid Tinnabutr for WittyComputer, is a free handwritten font with tall, loosely drawn letters. Its shifting widths and narrow curves keep the line lively.
For cafe branding and food packaging, the relaxed strokes suggest lettering made quickly with a marker. The same uneven proportions suit concert posters and children's book covers, where a formal typeface could feel too restrained. Those stretched curves can also echo simple character drawings or hand-rendered illustrations.
