Author's note

Dancing in the Minefields by Kimberly Geswein is a free handwritten font with a tall, loose silhouette. Its thin strokes shift gently in width, and the letters mix open loops, sharp joins, deliberately uneven proportions, and a lightly wavering, unpolished edge.

As a hand-drawn label or informal title, it gives coffee packaging, craft branding, and independent music posters the immediacy of marker lettering made quickly by hand. The long upright forms keep the result lively and recognizable. It also suits warm classroom materials and children's publishing, where the irregular shapes can echo doodles and simple line illustrations in the margins.
