Author's note

Debonair Inline NF by Nick Curtis of Nick's Fonts is a free retro inline display font with the polished geometry of Art Deco lettering. Tall, narrow forms meet rounded curves, and repeated hairline stripes run through each letter. The contrast is sharp and theatrical.

Editorial design can use its vertical patterning for fashion magazine covers and culture features, especially when a refined period note is wanted. The same elegant construction suits perfume packaging, cabaret posters, and formal event programs, where the striped interiors recall engraved decoration rather than solid type. Those lines can continue into borders or ray-like illustrations, turning the lettering into part of the ornament itself.
