Author's note
DIG DUG by SpideRaY is a free techno display font with towering, tightly packed capitals and a hard arcade attitude. Its broad strokes are cut by narrow vertical gaps, and the uneven angles keep the silhouettes tense and mechanical. Several letters lean into wedge-like shapes.
The lettering can create an imposing arcade title, turning game graphics into something closer to a cabinet logo than ordinary text. Its forceful forms also suit esports merchandise and science-fiction posters, especially projects drawing on the rough, high-impact style of early action games.
