Author's note

Dilithium Pixels NBP by Nate Halley is a free pixel font with a stark science-fiction profile. Its letters are unusually tall and open, with sharp right-angle cuts interrupting broad vertical strokes. Alternating narrow and wide forms produce an uneven mechanical cadence that feels closer to an early computer terminal than an arcade game.

It is most convincing in game interfaces, title cards, and screen graphics for retro technology stories. Album packaging and event posters can also use its severe geometric shapes as a deliberately awkward electronic accent. The broken-signal quality suits science-fiction, hacking, and malfunctioning-machine themes.
