Author's note

Discus Dust by Nazlfrag Pope is a free geometric sign dingbat font built from dense, blocky forms. Its compact symbols use hard edges and stepped details, giving the set the look of coded markers assembled on a strict grid.

Pictogram-led signage is the clearest medium for these blunt, self-contained shapes, with game interfaces and electronic music posters offering equally suitable settings. They also suit album packaging. In those contexts, the squared motifs can repeat as badges, map keys, or parts of a larger pixel-based illustration rather than serving only as lettering.
