Author's note

DiskO by Manfred Klein is a free hand-drawn circular dingbat font made from uneven rings, divided disks, and sparse marks that suggest buttons, dials, or improvised signs. Each symbol has the blunt immediacy of a pen sketch.

The repeated circles connect directly with maps, control panels, and schematic illustration, making the set useful for experimental game interfaces, science-fiction posters, and editorial graphics about systems or networks. Electronic music packaging and event merchandise are another good fit, since the shared disk motif can function as a record, switch, target, planet, or coded signal and links these otherwise very different creative settings together.
