Author's note

Disposable Droid BB Bold Italic, designed by Nate Piekos, is a free pixel display font with a forceful forward slant. Broad block-built letters, squared openings, and clipped corners resemble enlarged bitmap lettering.

It can set an arcade-style identity for video games, using its stepped geometry to echo sprites and digital interfaces. The same hard-edged forms suit science-fiction posters and tech merchandise with an early computer graphics theme. Independent game studios and retro electronics brands are the clearest audience for its fast, screen-derived lettering.
