Author's note

Disposable Droid BB Italic, designed by Nate Piekos, is a free italic pixel font with stepped curves and the hard-edged slant of a bright arcade interface. Clipped corners keep the blocky forms crisp and mechanical.

Game title screens are its clearest home, and the same quick digital profile also suits esports graphics, science-fiction posters, and tech merchandise. The angular construction is most convincing on game screens built around speed and futuristic machinery.
