DIY is a free cartoon display font with broad, uneven capitals and a cheerfully homemade silhouette. Stroke widths shift abruptly from swollen curves to pinched joins, and the softly lopsided shapes resemble chunky letters cut quickly from thick paper or painted by hand for a neighborhood sign.
Children's event posters are its strongest setting, with the oversized forms also fitting snack packaging, birthday invitations, and playful shop signage. Across these uses, the irregular contours make the lettering part of the illustration.
