Author's note

Dotrice by Paul Flo Williams of His Deeds Are Dust is a free dot-matrix digital display font with an unusually airy structure and restrained weight. Its widely spaced circular marks form slender letters with generous openings and a light mechanical pulse, recalling early electronic signs rather than dense arcade lettering.

Digital graphics are its most natural setting, especially title cards and interface-style artwork that can echo indicator lights. The same open construction suits technology posters, music packaging, and event merchandise with a retro-futurist direction. In branding, the dotted strokes can become a recurring device across labels, icons, and animated screens.
