Double Slug by S. John Ross is a free eroded display font built from dense block capitals with a rough letterpress surface. Narrow inset cuts and offset edge marks give the letters a stamped three-dimensional build. The silhouette is blunt and compact.
Its worn industrial style suits music posters, skate merchandise, and game graphics centered on factories or heavy machinery. On packaging, the chipped faces and shadow-like borders can make the lettering resemble inked crate stamps or battered metal labels.
