Author's note

DramaAndCo font by M. Klein is a free theatrical dingbat typeface. Each glyph is a tiny stage scene: actors caught mid-gesture, spotlit faces, heavy curtains, lighting rigs, and framed sets rendered with inky, scratchy detail. The icons feel like grainy photocopies of backstage snapshots, giving posters and layouts a raw, handmade theatre energy instead of flat clip art.

Using DramaAndCo, you can drop instant drama into playbills, community theatre posters, drama class worksheets, festival programs, tickets, and social media announcements. This free font shines when a single glyph is blown up as a focal illustration, then paired with a clean sans serif for the main text to keep everything readable and grounded.
