DrPoDecorRu by Alan N. Po, Ph.D., is a free decorative blackletter font built around lavish medieval ornament. Broad, dark strokes curl into leaflike flourishes, with dramatic thick-thin changes and sharp inner cuts. The lettering feels hand-illuminated.
Medieval pageantry, heraldry, and antique print are natural subjects for fantasy book covers, historical event posters, and game graphics, where the ornate forms can mingle with borders or emblems.
