Author's note

DS Celtic Border 1 by Daniel Steven Smith is a free Celtic ornament dingbat font built from broad sweeping rings and interlaced knotwork. Its clean, weighty, evenly drawn lines form compact emblems with rounded curves, pointed overlaps, and the continuous woven paths associated with Celtic decoration.

Historical event posters offer a convincing home for these symbols, with related uses in book covers, invitations, museum signage, and heritage branding. The font is strongest when its knot motifs become borders or insignia.
