Author's note

DS Eraser2 by Dubina Nikolay of D-Studio in Moscow is a free eroded display font built from heavy capitals with torn irregular edges and blunt uneven proportions. Large missing chips and ragged openings cut through the strokes and form a battered cut-paper silhouette.

The rough underground music style makes it convincing for concert posters, record packaging, and band merchandise, where the lettering can echo photocopied artwork and worn screen prints. In magazine covers and alternative editorial spreads, its damaged forms can become part of the page's image rather than functioning as neutral type.
