Author's note

DS Rada by Dubina Nikolay of D-Studio is a free distorted display serif with a dense, theatrical silhouette. Broad curved forms collide with sharp wedges, abrupt cuts, and oversized slab-like feet. The uneven construction feels deliberately carved and slightly unruly, yet the repeated triangular details hold the letters together.

A music poster is its strongest setting, especially for experimental rock or underground club nights. The same jagged mass can turn a record sleeve, event merchandise, or a horror title card into something closer to an emblem than ordinary lettering. In editorial design, it suits forceful cover lines for culture magazines that favor confrontational, hand-cut typography.
