DVDPixPro, created by Character for PixPro, is a free sign dingbat font built from compact, solid pictograms. Its symbols use blunt geometric shapes and dense silhouettes instead of ornamental detail. They recall the plain, direct iconography found on electronic control panels.
Interface mockups are the clearest medium for these marks. Media-player screens, game menus, technical diagrams, and entertainment packaging for home-video products benefit from the simplified construction, which lets each symbol function as both an instruction and a small piece of device-themed imagery.
