Dylova5tuff V:05 by Agus Riyanto is a free fixed-width geometric sans serif with tall, cleanly drawn forms. Its monoline strokes have rounded ends, and the letters mix squared proportions with clipped diagonal joins. The overall effect is spare and technical.
