Earth Kid is a free eroded display font built from tall, forceful capitals and sharply cut geometric forms. Dense scratches, chips, and broken patches run across the letters, giving the solid construction the look of weathered paint or damaged print.
The damage connects directly with distressed photography and rough illustration in music posters and game graphics. Skateboard merchandise and streetwear packaging suit youth markets drawn to grunge, punk, and post-apocalyptic themes.
