Ekushey Sharifa is a free old-style serif with a calm, literary voice. The letters mix generous curves with crisp, finely tapered strokes, giving the font a classic page-born rhythm that feels formal without turning stiff.
That makes it a natural choice for book covers, cultural posters, editorial headlines, magazine cover lines, and program titles where a free font needs to sound established rather than trendy. It also works well for pull quotes and short title cards, since the contrast and roomy shapes give even brief lines a composed, somewhat scholarly tone.
