Author's note

Elephont, designed by Benjamin O'Sullivan of FontStruct, is a free geometric techno display font built from dense, slab-like forms. Hard right angles and stepped profiles are interrupted by clipped corners and tiny circular cutouts, giving the letters a machine-made pictographic edge.

It can turn game titles and electronic music posters into emblems, with the blocky silhouettes also fitting science-fiction merchandise. These settings all benefit from lettering that reads almost like a compact set of mechanical icons.
