Author's note

Epson1 is a free dot-matrix pixel font built from evenly spaced circular marks. Its open construction recalls early printer output and electronic displays, with simple geometric letterforms and a light mechanical texture.

Digital graphics are an obvious home for it, especially retro game menus, technology posters, and music event visuals. The repeated dots can also become part of interface icons or patterned merchandise, tying the lettering directly to grid-based imagery.
