Erica Type Bold by Peter Wiegel is a free bold slab serif with oversized forms, sturdy block serifs, and a distinctly playful build. Its rounded joins and uneven, softly swollen contours keep the lettering lively, even though the strokes are dense and the spacing has a typewriter-like regularity.
Posters are its strongest setting, turning broad letters into instant graphics.
