Author's note

Ermanita is a free scratchy handwritten display font with restless, uneven letterforms and a deliberately damaged surface. Its narrow strokes wobble, break, and gather into rough patches, much like hurried marks cut into paper instead of clean type.

Scratched illustrations and photocopied textures share its ragged line quality, making it useful for punk album art and underground event posters. It can also lend distressed packaging a handmade edge. In game graphics, the same nervous marks suit survival horror, urban decay, and stories built around found notes or damaged street signs.
