Author's note

ESL Gothic Unicode by Ethan S. Lamoreaux is a free light sans serif with tall, open forms and a notably clean silhouette. Its broad capitals use near-even strokes, and the lowercase follows with rounded shapes, generous openings, and a calm horizontal flow.

It can give a museum program or architectural brochure a restrained, contemporary voice without looking clinical. That same measured drawing suits cultural branding, exhibition posters, and editorial covers, especially when photography or precise line art sets the visual context. In identity work, the spacious proportions can establish an understated wordmark for galleries, design studios, or homeware labels.
