Evangelie UCS, by SoftUnion, is a free Cyrillic uncial font with a liturgical, manuscript-bred mood. The letters mix broad, dark shapes with hooked strokes, teardrop accents, and small ornamental notches that make the whole design feel closer to church book lettering than to ordinary display type.
This free font makes sense for Orthodox or Slavic heritage posters, book covers, cultural festival graphics, title cards, and short editorial headings where that sacred, old-script atmosphere matters. It also suits initials, monograms, and emblem-like wordmarks, because the rounded forms and accent marks give even a few letters the presence of an ornament.
