Exersia by Gene Buban is a free gothic display font with dense blackletter shapes and severe, blade-like cuts. Thick vertical strokes break into split tips and narrow, sharply carved joins.
Sharp crests and forked details echo the silhouettes of bats, ironwork, and fantasy emblems. That connection makes the font useful for horror posters, metal album artwork, game branding, and Halloween merchandise. Its strongest role is in a title or logo that needs to read like part of a dark emblem.
