Author's note

Faded Memory by Kevin Christopher of KC Fonts is a free eroded outline display font with broad, rounded letters and a deliberately battered surface. Repeated inner contours create a striped, almost carved effect, and the uneven breaks keep the shapes lively from one letter to the next.

Nostalgia, garage culture, and offbeat music are natural territory for this lettering, especially on album artwork, posters, and apparel graphics. Its scuffed double-line treatment can also shape the identity of a vintage shop or casual food brand, turning a name into an emblem with its own worn texture and layered linework.
