Author's note

Fafers Irregular Serif Font is a free irregular serif with the poised, thin-lined look of a fashion face. Tall letters, fine hairlines, and sudden changes in stroke width create a deliberately uneven silhouette, especially around curves and joins.

Magazine covers are its clearest setting, where the elegant proportions can give fashion or arts publishing a slightly unconventional edge. It also suits perfume packaging and gallery posters. The shifting stroke widths can echo cropped photography or loose line drawings, making the lettering part of the image.
