FBI Old Report by Cloutier Fontes is a free eroded display font with the battered look of an aging typed document. Uneven edges, ink-heavy patches, and partly broken strokes make the letters seem repeatedly copied or pulled from a worn office file.
In publishing, it can turn chapter openers and cover lines into pieces of archival evidence. It also suits crime-game graphics and investigative podcast artwork. The damaged typing evokes case files, redacted records, and mid-century conspiracy stories.
