FE Planks from Font Environment is a free cartoon display font assembled as loose boards, complete with nail heads, uneven edges, and casually skewed joints. Each letter looks hammered together by hand.
It can turn children's construction-toy packaging into part of the play scene, yet the rough timber motif also suits camp posters and rustic merchandise. The nailed-plank shapes are especially apt for woodworking themes, frontier comedy, and scrappy cartoon adventure.
