Author's note

Fenrir Runic by David Kerkhoff is a free runic display font with a fiercely distressed finish. Tall, uneven symbols combine hacked edges with blunt geometric strokes. The repeated cuts and missing patches make the alphabet resemble marks carved into weathered timber.

Its scarred forms connect directly with illustrations of Norse weapons, timber, and stone. Use it for game graphics or fantasy publishing. The carved texture can also become part of a poster or merchandise image built around Viking-inspired themes.
