Author's note

Feofan UCS is a free medieval Cyrillic display font from AO Lenpoligraphmash, later reencoded to UCS by Vladislav V. Dorosh. The letters have a manuscript flavor, with bulb-like rounds, sharp wedge cuts, and dot accents that make the forms feel liturgical and ornamental rather than merely old-style.

It suits book covers, folk and church-themed posters, historical exhibition graphics, title cards, and monograms where a few letters need that icon-like weight. As a free font, it works best in short lines and emblematic settings, because the repeated droplet shapes and circular marks give headings and initials a distinctly ceremonial rhythm.
