Author's note

Fetch by WEBDOG is a free hand-drawn display font with tall, uneven letters and abrupt changes in stroke width. Its scratchy outlines give the writing a nervous, homemade edge.

Packaging is a strong setting for this raw lettering, especially on craft products or novelty foods that benefit from an intentionally imperfect label. The jagged forms also suit punk posters and album covers, where their restless shapes can echo cut-paper artwork or rough ink illustrations. For Halloween event graphics, the pointed ends and crooked construction introduce a wiry hint of menace without relying on elaborate decoration.
