FETTECKE by Tup Wanders is a free Western slab serif whose broad, dark letterforms strongly recall hand-cut wood type, with wide top bars, low proportions, and sharply flared feet. Uneven edges and pinched strokes keep the caps lively and rough.
Restaurant branding and craft-beer packaging can use its frontier flavor and handmade force, yet the same blunt shapes also suit loud music posters and comic game graphics. Across those very different settings, the irregular outline makes the lettering resemble a painted sign, stamped crate, or carved label, connecting food, entertainment, and illustrated Western themes through the same deliberately rough craft.
