Author's note

Fh Lentil by Dan Meyer of Fictionalhead Design is a free light serif display font with tall, spare letterforms. Broad curves and long upright strokes give the lettering an architectural look, and the crisp horizontal serifs introduce a restrained classical note.

Editorial covers are a convincing setting for its clean proportions and measured formality, with museum posters and cultural event graphics following close behind. It also suits fashion branding and refined packaging, but publishing remains its strongest use because the thin construction and stately capitals resemble carefully drawn masthead lettering.
