Ficus by Ewen Prigent of laboitegraphique.fr is a free light sans serif built from tall, slender strokes and open curves. Clipped ends keep the airy drawing crisp and precise.
The restrained construction suits fashion branding, yet its unusual turns also give music posters a slightly experimental note. Its fine lines are equally useful for editorial covers and understated event graphics. On packaging, the rounded forms and sharp cuts can echo simple botanical or abstract line illustrations.
