Author's note

Flippy by fontman of FontStruct is a free techno display font built from stark, squared strokes. Its letters combine tall verticals with open breaks and compact rectangular turns, recalling early computer graphics. The uniform construction feels crisp and deliberately mechanical.

It can shift between arcade game graphics and electronic music posters because its blocky forms suggest both screens and club hardware. It also suits software branding and event signage. The squared gaps echo pixel icons, circuit patterns, or interface frames, so the letters can become part of the graphics.
