Fransa by Nazlfrag Pope of FSI FontShop International GmbH is a free retro display font with sculpted, high-contrast letters. Broad curves meet knife-like points, and round cutouts recur through the lettering like carefully placed holes. Its uneven joins and exaggerated shapes recall experimental 1970s graphics.
Designers working on fashion or independent music projects can use its eccentric silhouette for posters and branding. Packaging for fragrance or boutique drinks also fits the font's mix of elegance and strangeness. Titles are its most convincing role, especially for music.
