FS Blok by Vojto Ruman of FontStruct is a free dot-matrix display font built from evenly sized circular modules. Its broad, blocky letters combine bitmap logic with the softer look of punched holes or marquee bulbs.
Digital graphics are a natural medium for this modular design, particularly game menus, electronic music promotions, and event posters. It can also shape packaging for tech products, where the dotted construction suggests early screens and simple indicator panels without copying a standard pixel grid. In illustrated work, those circles can echo LEDs, rivets, beads, or perforated patterns, letting the lettering become part of the surrounding graphic motif.
