Galindo, designed by Brian J. Bonislawsky of Astigmatic, is a free playful display font with broad, uneven letterforms and a hand-cut silhouette. Rounded bulges meet blunt corners, giving the line a lively, slightly offbeat bounce.
Its retro cartoon flavor fits children's book covers and animated title cards aimed at humor and friendly mischief. Toy packaging is another natural home. On festival posters, the irregular shapes can become part of cut-paper characters and loose, flat-color illustration rather than sitting apart from the artwork.
