Author's note

Glace Katakana by Kivart is a free Japanese katakana display font with a chilly, candy-coated feel. The letters look built from rounded ice sticks and soft drips, giving the font a playful frozen look while keeping the angular rhythm of katakana clear and consistent.

It fits packaging for sweets and drinks, cafe menus, poster headlines, arcade-style title cards, and short branding where a themed free font can do more than plain lettering. Because the forms read like frosted pieces joined by little melt marks, it also suits seasonal promos, cover lines, and logo-sized words that need a light, novelty-driven Japanese accent.
