Gondrin by Peter Wiegel is a free retro geometric display font built from broad, rounded letterforms and repeated inline contours. Concentric curves, sharp cut-in gaps, and offset shadow edges give the lettering the look of dimensional signage from the space-age end of the 1960s.
It suits record shops, arcade venues, and fashion labels seeking a logo with a strong period reference. The lettering can become an emblem in its own right. Its nested outlines also suit music posters and album packaging, where circular graphics can echo the letters' rings.
