Author's note

Grand Prix font by Weknow is a free retro display typeface that turns every word into a streamlined badge. Tall, narrow letters with rounded corners and chunky verticals create a fast, mechanical rhythm, while the quirky open curves keep it from feeling cold or generic. It has the vibe of vintage racing posters and dashboard lettering-bold, punchy, and a little nostalgic.

Using Grand Prix, headlines snap into place with a clean, condensed footprint that saves space without losing impact. This free font works beautifully for posters, sports branding, racing events, apparel graphics, gaming titles, and bold social media banners. Try pairing it with a simple geometric sans in smaller text and let Grand Prix run the show at larger sizes for maximum punch.
