Grassevent by Max Infeld of Xerographer.com is a free eroded display font with tall, forceful capitals. Dense strokes are riddled with sharp gaps and splintered marks, producing a harsh, scraped surface. The uneven edges make the lettering look battered rather than neatly distressed.
Its damaged finish belongs to punk and industrial design, especially concert posters and album packaging. The same scarred texture suits horror title cards and extreme-sports merchandise.
