HAPPYdave by René Crol is a free floral outline display font built from broad, upright capitals and abundant hand-drawn ornament. Flowers, stars, spirals, dots, and curling leaves fill the letters and spill beyond their edges, turning each form into a miniature illustration. The uneven linework keeps the busy decoration distinctly handmade rather than mechanically repeated.
It is strongest on celebration posters, where the lettering can become part of the artwork rather than merely naming the event, and the same lively detail suits party invitations and festive gift packaging. Children's publishing and craft merchandise suit its flower-power, doodle-book spirit.
